Data Recovery & Backup

We can recover your most important data — even if the files have been deleted. Photos, documents, music, program data, and other files can often be restored in-house. We also recover data from flash drives, memory cards, and external hard drives.

Drive Savers Authorized Reseller

If we're unable to recover your data in-house, we work with Drive Savers, who provide free shipping and a free quote on any recovery job. Use code DS25042 for a 10% discount!

Data Loss Prevention — Best Practices

Keep your data safe:

  • Never update or upgrade a system without a fresh backup first
  • Keep your operating system and security software current
  • A good UPS protects against power surges and sudden outages
  • Heat is a hard drive's worst enemy — keep things cool and clean
  • Be cautious with USB drives and downloads from unknown sources

Back it up the right way:

  • One backup isn't enough — hardware fails, and so do backups
  • Set a consistent schedule and stick to it
  • Test your backups occasionally — an untested backup is a guess
  • Keep a copy of your data at a different location, in the cloud, or both
